Exactly 232 years ago our forefathers signed the Declaration of Independence. Their signatures marked our freedom as a country from the Kingdom of Great Britain. The United States is currently a shining beacon for all other countries to look at and a place where millions of people hope to gain citizen status.
How does this relate to our health?
On July 4, 1776 our forefathers signed the Declaration of Independence giving us freedom. This freedom reshaped America and allowed it to grow at exponential rates. Let today be the day you sign a Declaration that gives you the freedom to achieve your new health goals. Whether its eating right, working out, meditating, being more positive, or any other plus for your health, let today be the first day to a new you.
What to do?
* Take a sheet of paper and write "Declaration to an Abundant Life"
* List what you plan on working on to free youreself from old habits.
* Sign the bottom of this and share it with other people to sign.
* Go to a Wal-Mart or Target and buy an 8x10 frame to post this where you will see it everyday.
EXAMPLE:
Declaration to an Abundant Life
1) I will eat at least 1 fruit and vegetable per day.
2) Walk 30 minutes per day for 5 days week.
3) Compliment 5 people per day on their smile.
4) Learn 3 names of people I associate with each day.
5) Call my family each day and tell them I love them.
6) Get chiropractic care 1x week.
7) Quit eating past 9:00 PM.
8) Start saving 10% of my money in money market account.
9) Read 1 book a week.
10) Take fish oil everyday.
