After reading an article on Jobosity: The Job Blog, they describe the value of teamwork and
how it relates to your work performance. After watching the recent USA mens swim team
"smash" France we can learn a lot from their victory. They all worked together to accomplish
one goal which was to win the gold. If one teammate fell behind then another
would pick up the slack. Even more amazing was watching Michael Phelps' face as they
won the gold. He has currently won 11 gold medals but after this victory his expression
was as if he won his first ever medal.
