Keep That 6-Pack Showing




The next 4 weeks will be discussing different exercises that can be done at home to improve your core stability, If you compiled all the
exercises we discuss then your workout should not take longer than 12 minutes. If you were watching a 1 hour TV program before you
went to bed then these would be perfect for commercial breaks. This next exercise is called the Quadriped. Many of you complained about 
difficulty of the previous exercise so I decided to reduce the intensity of this one. Please watch this video to see how to perform the exercise.
